As President and Publisher of Dougmar Publishing Group,  John brings more than 25 years of senior management-health sciences experience to the company. Having helped develop, launch, and manage dozens of titles, his focus is on lifting Dougmar above the fray of Open Access publishers; to ensure the highest standards of editorial quality through careful peer review, professional editing and design; and to preserve authors' works for indefinite use.

Scott Bryant has an extensive background as an editor, copyeditor, and proofreader of healthcare publications going back 15 years. Some of the titles he’s managed and worked on include:  The Canadian Journal of Medical Sonography,  Canadian Journal of Internal Medicine, International Journal of Mens Social and Community Health, Journal of Endoluminal Endourology.  He’s also done additional freelance work for Elsevier, Longwoods Publishing, and Decker Periodicals.
