Journal of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder
ABOUT THE JOURNAL
The Journal of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (JFASD) strives to serve as an international resource for scientific publications on the epidemiology, neurobiology, psychology and sociology of fetal alcohol toxicity. A strong emphasis would be placed on prevention and risk reduction. It is the Journal’s mission to publish novel research in our topic of interest, with no limitation to research methodology: animal and human tissue laboratory research is welcome, as well as clinical studies, meta-analyses and qualitative research.
The journal is a peer review venue, with an editorial board well versed in FAS research. We would identify two reviewers per manuscript and upon positive appraisal, have the Editor decide on publication. This is to ensure quality of published research and its value to the FAS research community as well as to obstetricians and paediatricians worldwide.
